The EST + a.s. is the only manufacturer of professional spraying equipment in the Czech Republic. The development and production of this equipment started in the year 1951. The original name of the company was KOVOFINIŠ. However, one part of this company which was engaged in the development and production of spraying equipment was detached and called EST + a.s. in 1992.
Development and production
From the very beginning the production program was focused on the development and production of spraying equipment for paint and powder applications. The company also began to specialize in supplying surface treatment equipment.

AIR SPRAYING EQUIPMENT
The air - sprayed dyestuffs belong to the classic types of surface treatment. They have been subject of permanent improvement and development since they were created with regard to the surface quality as well as the cost - effectivity and environment. HVLP technology is an outstanding example of such trend where the running costs have been considerably reduced.
The choice of the suitable spraying gun and nozzle system is dependent on features of the dyestuff. The range of these substances on the market is very wide. The nature of the sprayed object is another important matter. For these reasons it is advisable to consult our sale service specialists before the final decision. MANUAL SPRAYING GUNS
The manual spraying guns are used for manual application of dyestuffs or other materials. The execution of the guns enables them to be used in various ways. Running cost decreasing HVLP technology is available.
DECORATION SPRAYING GUNS
The decoration gun is designed for spraying of small areas with various kinds of dyestuffs. Suitable for china, pottery, glass and enamelled objects. Also suitable for sample preparation in laboratories.
DIAPHRAGM PUMP
Low-pressure diaphragm pumps are used to pump various kinds of liquids and similar materials from the transport containers, barrels etc. They are especially suitable as a replacement for pressure containers to transport the dyestuffs, glues and similar materials to the spraying guns.
AUTOMATIC COATING

HIGH-PRESSURE APPLICATIONS
High-pressure equipment represents another step in liquid dyestuff application. The philosophy of high - pressure application involves the transport of the material under high pressure (about 100 bar) to the spray jets. The nozzles are usually made of hard metal. The technology provides considerable saving of the time compared to the classic air spraying. To satisfy high demands of the customer our offer involves complete series of high-pressure application equipment.
Application methods
For dyestuff application two technologies are available.
AIRLESS
The AIRLESS technology uses the jet spraying of the dyestuff.
MIX
The mix technology uses supplementary spray air enabling to regulate the shape of the ray in order to reach finer structure of the surface.

HIGH-PRESSURE DEVICE
These products are designed to transport various kinds of stuff. They are mainly used in furniture industry, food and medical branches. The modular design concept provides increased flexibility of application.

METALLIZING GUNS
Metallizing guns are used to blast small particles of melted metal on roughened surface . The technology is suitable for rust - protection of huge objects (briadge constructions, high - voltage masts etc.). The metallizing technology can be used for renovation of bearing parts, shafts etc. It is also suitable for decoration purposes.
Our offer involves moderated model of metallizing gun combining the two previous models which were necessary for propane - butane and for acetylene. The existing model allows both gasses to be used.POWDER COATING TECHNOLOGY
Powder plastics are more and more popular way of surface treatment. The technology is based on application of a thin layer of powder (usually resin based) which is then heated untill it reaches the melting temperature. It melts and adheres to the surface. After cooling a cohesive layer is created whose quality depens on the type of the powder. For a variety of applications wide range of powders is available. The advantage of the technology is reduced loss during the powder application. The powder adheres electrostatically in a cohesive layer and covers all the area including those objects with variable surface. The dust is easily recycable if it escapes.
POWDER COATING BOATHS
To apply powder plastics boxes of a special design are used. Their purpose is to anable easy powder application on the product as well as the powder recyclation if it escapes. The boxes are equipped with double filtration system which allowes the sucked air to be returned inside the plant clear (in accordance with all the regulations). The boxes can be completed with the accessories extending their possibilities.
ELEKTROKINETIC SPRAYING GUNS
Electrokinetic (TRIBO system) guns represent an accessible solution for powder application on various objects. They excell in variability during applications on the objects with uneven surface level. This is possible due to wide range of adaptors and nozzles.
BOX FURNACES
Box furnaces are used to heat segments and to sinter powder plastics. The design guarantees minimal losses of energy, high stability of the temperature and forced air circulation by a fan.
